I recently had my rear brakes changed with Waltham Auto and they were great. Good price, great service and they try to get the car back to you in a timely manner. We had a problem with the brakes on our Mazda 5 and Douglas worked to find the actual problem, which turned out to be a very expensive ($1200!) module which the dealer said was back ordered 6months. Douglas suggested that we might be able to find one online, and that he would be happy to do the work if we did. This worked out great. I found the part new for about $800 and Douglas did the repair and now the brakes are fantastic! He was super helpful with explaining everything and giving me the information I needed to find the part. We’re really happy to have found a great independent car repair shop!

Took my car in for a 2nd opinion after the dealership quoted me $650 for sway bar and stabilizer link replacement. Douglas and his team inspected it and told me none of it was actually needed. Tip was declined and Douglas just asked for an honest review. This is the kind of shop you can actually trust, they've earned a customer for life!

This place came highly recommended from a neighbor, so when my brakes were acting up I brought my car over. Doug was able to get me an appointment very quickly and after checking out the car determined the issue was due to a bad brake job I’d gotten elsewhere. He explained the issue clearly and didn’t use any high-pressure sales tactics. I will be back here again for future work on my car!

Douglas AKA Waltham Auto service center was referred to me by a neighbor, just moved to Waltham. Cannot say anything bad about my experience. Timely! Reasonable! You know everybody's has to make a living today! I could have gone with a friend's friend who does this in Lunenburg, and what's going to happen when I'm on the side of the road. I have to have it towed to Lunenburg for him to fix it. I'm staying right here in good old Waltham! Also... Informative! Clean and tidy garage! Very important in my eyes. Did not come to the counter with grease everywhere and a dirty uniform. Very pleasant experience, and very respectful. Thank you Waltham auto service center!

I got amazing service at Waltham Auto Service. My car had a rattling sound due to heat shield and they were able to take it off and also check my fluids all within 20 minutes. I got a call back promptly and everything was taken care of. Highly recommend this place! Super nice people and great service. Im all set for a long road trip now.
