I recently took my car to this shop for maintenance, and it was a great experience. The manager was incredibly nice, respectful, and helpful. I really appreciated that he took the time to tell me what was great about my car — he even complimented how well-maintained it was (I've never had my car's maintenance complimented before! Haha). He also gave me useful advice about things I should keep an eye on for next year, like my tires.I had researched this shop before in my search for an independent mechanic recommended by other women, and this was one of the most recommended shops to me. After seeing all their amazing reviews, I was genuinely excited to take my car in; and as someone who’s “not a car person,” that’s saying a lot!After having bad experiences with other local mechanics, I had stuck to my car brand’s dealership, but I’m so glad I found a place I can trust. The pricing was great (at least a lot more affordable than what I was getting at the dealership,) and they stuck to the estimate. I also really appreciated that they wouldn’t add anything on without my consent if something came up during the inspection. They were transparent throughout the process, and I loved that they weren’t “salesy” or trying to take advantage of me, which I’ve experienced before.I will definitely be back for future maintenance, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, reliable service! Brought my car in at closing on Thursday, and they had fixed and ready by the next afternoon- everything working smoothly and great price. Called them based on posotive reviews. I live out of state but my daughter lives in Waltham. They inspected her car, called me with photos and details. Gave an estimate and were less at the end of the day. I can confirm the price quote was more than reasonable and from the after work photos, they did a good job replacing a rotted subframe.
