Petra did a fantastic job for us with the help of her assistant Kira. We were coming home after many years overseas and looking to settle in the Wollongong area. We started having a look around ourselves but having to stay in short term accommodation each time was proving tricky and expensive so using Heims became a sensible option in the long run despite the cost. Petra knows the local scene here and further south so has access and leverage with seller's agents for off-market and soon to be on the market places. She has lots of useful contacts like building/pest inspectors, tradies etc as well. Petra and Kira were super responsive on the Whatsapp group we set up together and available on the phone at short notice. Heims does the legwork and provides a spreadsheet with relevant info on potential properties to look over to help with shortlisting places for them to inspect. Petra had wise advice at certain moments of what can be an anxiety-inducing process -- eg at an auction, or when in a bidding contest. In the end we bought a property we were happy with at the right price for us thanks to Heims.
