Trustworthy, convenient, affordable.When somebody works on my vehicle, I want assurance that they are doing excellent work. I don’t want it to be a hassle, or to be without my vehicle for too long. Not only is Ethan a standup guy with an amazing family, but he runs an amazing mobile oil change service! I can’t begin to explain how extremely convenient this was for me on a day that I had a million things to do at the house. Ethan showed up right on time, was professional and efficient, wasn’t trying to charge me for a bunch of extra things that I don’t need, and now I have the confidence that our vehicle is in tiptop shape - without even having to leave my house. Ethan is a go-getter and I can tell that he has an extreme focus on customer service, not to mention the special touches that he left behind like the completed checklist and even a refreshing Coke to enjoy! Gentry Oil & Service was absolutely amazing! I have a crazy schedule with little kids and this service allowed me to be at home doing what I needed to get done while my service was being completed. I didn't have to take the kids to the shop for a wait that would be who knows how long. I am so thankful Ethan was able to schedule me quickly and complete my service in a professional and timely fashion. He even got it done during a storm! We want to give a shout out to Ethan Gentry and Gentry Oil & Service! We recently purchased a pick up truck for our son as a college graduation and wedding gift. With our busy schedules and long “to do” list we often lose track of when our vehicles need to be serviced. We were in a time crunch to gift our son with the new pick up truck. We contacted Ethan who quickly responded and came right over and not only did he conveniently change the oil on the truck on our driveway but also went above and beyond and polished the headlights and did research to help us find and replace a broken stereo speaker in the truck. With both Andy and I working from home, it’s easy to overlook maintenance—especially on the vehicle we don’t drive as often. Ethan gave it a thorough once-over, let us know what needed attention, and handled everything right in our driveway. What really stood out to me was how much of a time-saver this was. Normally, coordinating our schedules to get a car into Springfield is such a hassle—especially when it means driving two cars, dropping one off, and making a second trip later. This completely removed that stress. Ethan also left a detailed paper outlining what was checked and what to keep an eye on for next time, which I really appreciated. And the glass Coke? Such a sweet touch that made the whole experience feel thoughtful and personal. I know it might seem like a luxury to have someone come to you, but honestly, by the time we’d spend gas and time running back and forth, we probably saved money with their competitive pricing.
