Field service was great once the tech arrived at 2 pm. Area for Improvement is scheduling. The Original schedule was 8-9 am May 26th - somehow this got changed by New Wave to 3 pm May 26th.

We have used them for the last 5 years and have always been very satisfied with the service and response time. This year, we were suppose to have a routine service. RJ found an issue and troubleshooted it until he found root cause which wasn’t even the unit- it was electrical . He went above and beyond to help us.

It is always a pleasure to work with New Wave from scheduling right through the service. Everyone is pleasant, kind and professional. I feel like my business is valued and respect as a customer . Most importantly, I feel the service is quality and honest. Never has there ever been a suggestion for new products that was not necessary. I ask a lot of questions and they are answered without me feeling like I am wasting their time.I highly recommend this company!
