Considering the amount I paid, the attention to detail was not what I expected from a professional interior detail. There were several areas that appeared to have been overlooked, including residue left on interior panels, missed spots on trim, and dirt remaining in some door pockets and seams. The overall finish didn’t reflect the level of care I expected for a $200 service.That said, I want to give credit where it’s due. After I reached out with my concerns and shared photos, the company responded promptly, acknowledged the issues without being defensive, and worked with me to reach a fair resolution. I really appreciate their professionalism and willingness to make things right.

Detail Me Please is great! They come to you so it's super convenient.My car was filthy after numerous cross country trips and a furr baby who sheds A LOT. I'm super detail oriented so it would be unfair for me to nit pick, so I will say that even for me, he did great!(I'm sorry I forgot his name... he replaced the originally scheduled guy.)My car literally looked almost new on the inside... it was AWESOME. Now the trick is to KEEP it clean.
