Jamie is your Aloha Realtor! She adds that extra spark during the process and loves to help her clients. I highly recommend her!

We moved from KS to CO, so Jamie got to work with us "long distance." When we were in CO for a visit, she was willing to spend a few days with us, looking at various places until we found the right one. She quickly figured out what we were looking for, so didn't waste our time (or hers). When we found our home, she was helpful in guiding us through the buying process from hundreds of miles away, staying in touch the whole time, ready to answer any question we had. To top it off, she had a wonderful welcome basket to greet us when we moved in!

Trying to buy in Colorado has proven to be a task. Having said that Jaime made the process fun, exciting and manageable. She was quick to respond, always showed up with a wealth of knowledge regarding pricing, other offers, comps and other pertinent neighborhood information. Jaime truly goes above and beyond in making this a pleasant happy and sometimes silly experience. (Out of control bidet)I have already recommended her to my parents and will 100% continue to refer her service to all family and friends. We closed on our home June 14th 2022 and it was an absolutely amazing experience.Thank you Jaime!!!

The St. James Team is absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond to help me find a great home for my family. With such a difficult market, they encouraged me and ensured I felt comfortable every step of the way. I would recommend this realtor team to anyone looking to buy or sell.Jamie (Chillingworth) was lead on my hard search for the perfect home for me and my family and she was amazing. Supportive and helpful. I would not have found my home if it wasn't for her. A million thanks!!!
