Victoria was wonderful. So polite and professional. This was my first time having a lift and tint but I have several friends who get it done often so I know what it's supposed to look like. I felt like my lashes weren't as lifted as they could have been. And the tint was really just visible on the base of my lashes. My lashes are very long and light so that's really why I wanted the tint. I gave it a couple days and reached out via email. I was very nice in my email .stating Victoria was wonderful. Super professional and very very nice. But I didn't feel the actual service result was worth what I paid. I was expecting more I guess. I emailed the shop. It's been 5 days and still no reply.I understand businesses are busy but I won't be going back. I feel like you at least need to reply to an unsatisfied customer.

I absolutely loved coming here!!! I had such a wonderful experience with Victoria, she is such a sweetheart and social person. She made me feel at ease and our conversation came naturally. I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted and my eye lashes lifted and tinted for the first time, she did an amazing job I look like a whole new person I can’t stop looking at myself in the mirror. I’m definitely coming back and when I mentioned my little mustache coming in she offered to wax it for me even though I didn’t book that initially. If you are second guessing definitely come here, it’s a clean and maintained environment, super friendly and makes you feel beautiful. THANK YOU VICTORIA!!! ❤️🥹

I recently had my brows done by Lauren, and hunny let me tell you, she does AMAZING work. I have struggle brows and Lauren brought them back to life! 10/10 for sure! If you're thinking about it, dont just do it trust me you will leave satisfied! And to top it off She is really sweet and down to earth. Lauren and her staff are very professional, her shop is immaculate and very cute!
