5 Stars – Honest, Professional, and Truly a Lifesaver!Earlier this month, we discovered a flood in our backyard and were shocked to find out we had lost over 40,000 gallons of water in less than a month. As it turns out, our old pool filter had cracked from wear and tear and the intense Arizona heat. We’re originally from the Midwest and had never owned a pool before, so we were completely overwhelmed.While driving through our neighborhood, we happened to see a sign for Turtle Tide Pool Company with Bryan’s number on it—and thank God we did. I called immediately, and Bryan showed up that same day with a repair expert. They quickly diagnosed the issue, found the crack, and walked us through exactly what needed to be done. The damage was too severe to patch, so the entire filter system had to be replaced. Bryan did all the research, sourced a comparable replacement, redid our piping and installation, and most importantly—worked with our very tight budget without cutting corners.He was kind, professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable.
