In my opinion, Iron Mayhem is the best specialized strength and training facility in the Tri-Cities. It offers a wide variety of new and updated equipment in a variety of strength sports from strongman to powerlifting to bodybuilding. It is a very spacious facility so even at peak attendance times you don't feel cramped or overwhelmed and it is kept very clean and tidy. Claude and Iron Mayhem have supported me as an athlete for years, but they also support local youth programming, other small businesses, and they put on multiple events each year right in the Tri-Cities. There's no other gym like it and the people there are amazing. if you're already serious about your sport or fitness or you're just looking to dip your toes in and get started, this is the perfect place for you. Iron mayhem is a great gym compared to commercial gyms around here, the owner is cool and very helpful. offered to show me around and showed me the app and how to get inside. equipment is very versatile and i love the outside addition as well as the cool art they have on the walls. highly recommend getting a membership here!

Iron Mayhem is the only gym in this area that has the strongman equipment I've been searching for to add to my training. Gyms have plates and barbells as standard equipment, but atlas stones, log bars and a husafel have stolen my heart. Positivity, hard work and fun make up this atmosphere. I'd also like to mention it is very clean and the weights are always racked.
