My main goal coming to a gym was to work on my confidence and strength after my injury and Ricky has been so supportive since the second I stepped into the gym. I’ve now been having regular PT sessions with Ricky for almost a year and I’ve never been so confident in the gym and I’m also the strongest I’ve ever been.
