The Driver was Pleasant, On Time waiting, the communication was excellent - the reason I say this is because I was getting off the Plane at Detroit Metro. I would use this car service again and refer to family and friends. The cost was reasonable. I was happy and made it home SAFE.

We hired A2Z Private Transportation for our family vacation to Italy this summer. We needed a ride for a family of four with 4 suitcases and carry ons. We did not want to leave one of our own vehicles parked at the airport for 2 weeks, let alone pay for the parking with security. Asking a friend for a ride was difficult because we would likely be crowded into a car with 3 of us in the backseat and too much luggage. We researched pricing before we booked with A2Z and found that the prices were comparable to ordering a Lyft or hiring another service. Yet none of those companies really have the beautiful Black Car and concierge service. We are so happy with our experience! Andi was our driver. He was very kind and respectful. He helped with our luggage. We were driven to and from the airport in a new black Suburban. There was plenty of room for all four of us and our luggage. They have complimentary water in a fridge, and charging stations for each seat. It was really a luxurious experience for our trip! Thank you so much Andi! We will definitely be repeat clients and recommend you to anyone that needs a car service!

The prices and service can’t be beat! The driver arrived 10 minutes early and was extremely friendly. The party bus was extremely clean. My only complaint would be the real glass cups. I’d love to see those changed to nice plastic ones instead, because the glass ones kept falling and breaking. We arrived at all of our stops and had no problem contacting the driver to pick us back up. Highly recommend!!!

A2Z Limo is definitely the ultimate luxury limo. I've used them a few times and yesterday was superior. We went to the Tigers game and they dropped us off pretty much by the front door and parked one block away. They were ok waiting for a passenger who was waiting on Comerica to bring a wheelchair because he was an older gentleman with breathing issues and they had no problems waiting. Most buses would have left. The party bus was gorgeous and spacious and our driver David was polite and professional. It was a stress free, fun, gorgeous transporrtto and from the ballpark. Highly recommend!!!! Plus they stay in constant communication with you.

Amazing ride! Got stuck in Detroit and needed to get to a wedding in the UP and was charged an insanely reasonable price for a 6.5 hour one way drive. Car was luxurious and George was the best!!! Request him!
