Stephanny and her team was great!!!! Any questions we had... they answered right away. Will do it over again... it has been about 3 months in the process. It felt like forever. Thank God it took the 3rd house to make it ours However with there time and patience, we did it.

Stephanny did an outstanding job in negotiation, advising and answering questions which led to closing on our dream ! Her timeliness to answer questions about how the offer works, what can be changed what cannot be changed, helped us feel confident. After the offer was accepted, she reached out and recommended personnel for inspection, which smoothed the process! She also recommended the lender and the lawyer which worked hand in hand to close the house with relative ease. Even after the closing she always responded in a timely manner and helped us get referral for home security system which saved us around $1500. I highly recommend her !
