I wish I took pictures before the 6 week challenge. I thought about it, but honestly I didn’t want to actually come to terms with where I was at.5 weeks into this thing, give me the camera!! I’m well on my way to being absolutely shredded. Part of it was the gym, but probably the most significant component has been the diet. For me, lots of smoked and shredded chicken for a shredded and smoking body.Where’s the beach?? Too bad winter is coming lolAbout the gym, it’s CrossFit, but it’s more dynamic than pure CrossFit. The workouts are more than Olympic lifting and toes to bar. They are more versatile and adaptable.Scaling is the standard at ECF. Work within the limits of your own body. Push hard, or dial it back to get through the workout. Can’t run? Jump on a bike with everyone else that’s scaling. Easy, no BS. No judgement. Just a bunch of people going to work toward their personal goals.I keep hearing the people are great. Which I believe, but at 5:30 and 6:30 am everyone is pretty sleepy and chill. Except for Lauren. My favorite coach. She’s crazy 🤪Although there was also the guy who played RATM during the workout. Close second.If you’re still reading, what are you doing? Get off your phone and get to the gym
