She claimed to have been doing nails for 6 years so naturally I believed I was in good hands. As she was drilling, she nicked me so many times, not to mention while clipping my cuticles she was digging in my skin until it bled, even as I was pulling away in pain. She proceeded to fill my pink outgrown acrylics with basically clear powder so you could clearly see the big contrast. This was an issue seeing as I requested French tips. I ended up just settling on a solid color I did not come for. Also, the lady running the front desk comes up to the table while she was doing my nails and asks her how much longer she was going to be because there’s another customer. I thought that was completely unprofessional to do while I’m sitting there and encouraging her to rush and hurry up. Lastly, my sisters full set got done before my fill in. We were also in there for over an hour and no one offered us any refreshments until multiple groups of Caucasian individuals came in, which they immediately got up from lounging to offer them something to drink. This whole thing was completely disrespectful and left a bad taste. This salon should be ashamed. They need to get it together and be more careful and attentive to your paying guest. TERRIBLE experience, won’t be back and I certainly encourage others not to attend. Less

I went back in to have the 3 nails repaired for free and they said they would only repair the ones that fell off and not redo all of them for free. Now the rest are falling off not even a week after getting them done. Very disappointing since I paid over $60 for them and they didn’t even last a week. I... More

The gentleman I spoke with said that they had stopped taking them on Monday and since I filled mine out Tuesday, they weren’t going to honor it even though I got a confirmation text. When I spoke up and said they needed to honor it, he hung up on me. Another 10-15 mins I got a call from a lady said they would honor because they have two different systems and mine was on the second system, so even though he hung up on me I offered to give them another shot. About 2 hours later she calls me to cancel my pedicures because of “plumbing problems”. She didn’t offer to reschedule or anything, so I decided not to even try them out because of flakiness alone. Called my normal tech at another salon she fit me in after closing and did an excellent job. Less
