Andrew Klasen is extremely knowledgable and efficient! I had him "clean up" two computers at my home, after I clicked on a fishing scam. He was able to use a variety of software products to scan and fix things. He restored all my files and photos and helped me reset many passwords too. He is friendly and personable and very reasonable. I highly recommend him if you are having any issues. I learned that he volunteers his time to help seniors learn about scams and is involved in community service as well.
