After having a leak on the roof causing damp problems on the walls stu came out and looked at it and told me what was needed to be done due to the age of the roof it needed replacing . From first contacting Stuart regarding having a new replacement Velux window fitted due to a leak, Stuart attended when he said he would fitted the new window at very short notice and at a very fair price . I recently had Roofing Kings come out to remove my chimney after a supposed 'fix' from another company hadn't resolved the issue and left me with a continuing leaking roof. When Stuart came out to assess it, he was brilliant. Saw how defeated I was with it, gave me the honest truth about what was the issue [much worse than I'd been made aware of by previous] and managed to fit me in within 7days to get the work done. Following on from the recent storms, I ended up with water gushing down a wall thanks to a hole/leak in the roof. Great, I thought. Called Roofing Kings (having used them before), they were only too pleased to come out and take a look (this was a Saturday)!Guessed what the issue was, then sorted out scaffolding within 48hrs to confirm it.Gave me a variety of options and some really sound advice.Fast-forward a couple of days to a somewhat rainy and very moist Sunday morn (The boys don’t like seeing anybody being let down), they put a temp fix in, and then turned up a couple of days later to do a proper fix. Showed me photos of what was wrong and the fix.What can I say? Professional. Efficient. Friendly. Good price. Happy to answer any questions.
