My daughter loves karate classes, she even has her favourite instructors there. Watching her confidence growing and being passionate about her training, I made a decision to join ladies kickboxing classes. I never knew it could be so much fun and rewarding! All the team and Gordon are brilliant. Highly recommend to bring your kids and yourself for trial lessons.

We feel that our children over the past year and a half have learnt so much at GForce. We initially didnt know whether our kids would enjoy it (8 yr old daughter and 5 yr old son).But they absolutely love it. We know all the staff members and they are just like a second family, kind, considerate and take time out for you, just seem to be brilliant with the kids, calm, patient, and praise them alot, giving them the confidence and the chance to practice.The whole set up is professional, and organised, different classes, belt progression, star of the class certificates which is an incentive every lesson and 1:1.And the gradings are clear and run well.They also do special challenges where everyone gets to diarise their achievements - i feel its more than just marshal arts, but that Gforce try and target your mental health, challenging your energy and expanding the children's growth mindset.Our kids are happy, feel safe and have alot of fun, which is why they are doing so well and enjoy it wanting to come back each week. Of all the lessons my son does he loves his G force lessons the most. He enjoys and challenges himself to do his moves. He is now very excited to move into the sparring group. I would highly recommend them for kids.

My son joined gforce almost 4 years ago initially for a distraction from a recent separation of myself and his father.This was the best distraction ever as his confidence just grew and grew, he has made new friends and has learnt how to cope with life's struggles.He was selected to join the fight squad team and has many medals to show for his achievements during his time in the squad.Only this weekend he has passed his black/red belt with his 1st distinction demonstrating how successful his journey with gforce has been.The team here at gforce could not be any more friendly, supportive, encouraging and understanding that each child succeeds at there own pace and ability.Could not recommend gforce enough, definitely worth a go, you will not be disappointedA very satisfied memberMel and chace.

I highly recommend G-Force to everyone who wants to improve the quality of their life! Every age group is eligible for classes. My son has been attending classes for 3 years and I can see that each week he is building his self-confidence and developing skills such as physical fitness, conscientiousness, respect and responsibility. I am impressed by how much everyone can gain from these classes.
