Great experience at Keith Burns Associates. After a bad experience at Bupa, the service here was like night and day. Nicole was an absolute pleasure to deal with — professional, kind, and very reassuring throughout the appointment. I came in with severe wisdom tooth pain and she treated the issue with real urgency and care.Nicole communicated everything clearly at every step of the process, explaining what was happening and what the next steps would be. That level of communication made the whole experience much less stressful.It’s not often you come across someone who combines professionalism with such a reassuring and personable approach. I’ve been going to Dr Keith for 10+ and he is the best in his field. Gentle, talk you through everything he does, treat his clients with respect, could not recommend him and his team enough! Also, always been very happy with the hygienists.
