Talk about professional … answered my call, agreed to be onsite at a time that worked for me, called 30 minutes in advance to let me know they were in route and ON TIME!

Excellent service from Darren. He was through, on time, excellent work. Left message on Sunday, appointment set for Monday morning, showed up and fixed hot water tank. I recommend him to anyone who needs help.

I cannot say enough about Perricone plumbing/home services. Darren was courteous, professional and very helpful when explaining his recommendations. I would recommend his service any time!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I went through 2 other plumbers before I found Darren at Perricone. He was responsive, provided excellent education, fair price, clean, respectful and treats his apprentice with respect. Look no further-Darren is your guy for all your plumbing needs. 👍👏

I stumbled across Perricone Home Services on Facebook one day when trying to find someone local that could help me with my (DIY) shower install. I am so glad I did! My husband and I planned on doing the project ourselves, but with family coming soon and realizing the project was bigger than we anticipated, it was Darren to the rescue! He came the next day to assess our needs and was available shortly thereafter to do the install. He used great quality products, was friendly and professional… and cleaned up before leaving! I highly recommend them!

We had a great experience with Perricone Home Services at our home in Bedford, MA. They completely replaced our old heating and hot water system and did an excellent job. The whole project was done quickly and professionally. What we really appreciated was that while the new system was being installed, they set up a temporary solution so we could still have hot water in the house. That made a huge difference.Everything turned out great and we’re very happy with the new system. Highly recommend Perricone Home Services!

Darren of Perricone services was responsive and reliable. He is highly organized and finished the work on our boiler in a timely manner. Not only was the work he completed for us done well, he cleaned up his worksite! I would highly recommend Perricone Home Services.

The waste pipe was cast iron and corroded it had to be cut out and replaced. After Darren was finished you would never know he was here. The bathroom and cellar was spotlessI couldn't be happier with his work.

Darren originally came to install my new disposal. In the end, he updated my bathroom by adding safety bars, a modified hand held shower and even a bidet. I felt he was trustworthy and listened to my wishes. From a simple install or plumbing need, to a whole new design, Perricone is now my go to company.

Excellent service. Very fair pricing at a time when prices are skyrocketing everywhere. They work hard to minimize their foot print - if they have to go through walls for example, they cut only what’s necessary and clean up. They respect your home. Professional and friendly, they explain everything in detail and will answer any questions. Will definitely use Perricone again for future needs. Highly recommend if you want a down-to-earth honest company.

If you’re looking for a great plumbing company.. this is the one!!! Respectful, hard working, fair pricing. I can honestly say you don’t have to look any further. The only company I will hire, I have more work to be done !!!

Prompt, friendly service for an estimate. Methodical and thorough in determining the issue. Looking forward to the repair!REPAIR DONE! What started out as a fix for a crack in a vent pipe led to a complete overhaul to address the crumbling (literally) 100-year-old cast iron pipes in my home that affected three bathrooms. Darren's initial prediction of what was needed ended up being correct. It was a huge job that required a lot of communication and explanations. Darren was excellent at both, and I had complete trust in him from start to finish.I highly recommend his company and will definitely call him first the next time I ever have a need.ADDITIONAL SERVICE – AUGUST 2027Very happy to have Darren back again replacing a lengthy waste pipe in my basement. He gets an A+ for communication, and I appreciate his attention to detail from setting up to cleaning up. I was out of town when the work was scheduled so I left a key for him and had zero concerns about giving him full access to my home. Highly recommend!

Replaced a garbage disposal. Darren came 3 hours after I called. Very professional and did an excellent job. Definitely my go to plumbing company from now on.

I noticed a leak in my basement ceiling at my home in Chelmsford, MA and called Perricone Home Services. They responded quickly and were able to send a plumber the same day. Darren quickly found the source of the leak, explained everything clearly, and had it repaired in no time. The service was professional, the pricing was fair, and everything was left clean when the job was finished. If you need a reliable plumber I highly recommend Perricone Home Services!
