great experience, really enjoyed the ice bath as he helped me with breathing techniques which the made the cold easier to cope with . had a bit of cyro on a ankle injury ive been having and its certainly sped up the healing process, woke up monday ready for the week ahead. would highly recommend a visit if your suffering from a bit of muscle soreness.
