I worked with Tara and the experience was phenomenal! We spent 8 sessions addressing my chronic back and foot pain plus some other minor issues I was experiencing. I am super happy to report that my concerns were fully addressed. We started off with a thorough assessment of my body; through that process I learned so much about my specific body but also the connections between seemingly disconnected parts of the body. Tara gave me very doable exercises to work on between each appointment, changing my treatment plan based on how I was feeling from session to session while still working towards my ultimate goals. She not only knew what to do at every appointment but also explained why she was recommending certain exercises in a way that felt accessible and memorable. Her warm presence and active listening skills were very encouraging at every appointment as well. I highly recommend Tara! If you have been suffering with chronic pain and have not tried physical therapy yet, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by working with Tara.

Covenant Physical Therapy is amazing! At each session, They fully cater to what your body needs help with. The exercises given to you each session are doable! You need minimum to no "extra" equipment to practice (you need a floor, or a wall for most moves.) This is a business i highly, highly recommend for their understanding and attention to detail on everything needed for success !
