He offered a very competitive price using the same high-quality materials that another vendor had quoted thousands more for. The billing and payment process was simple and convenient. The owner, Matt, personally reached out to review the project and answer any questions, which I really appreciated.On installation day, the team kept me informed with aerial photos showing the progress in real time. During the work, they discovered two sagging rafters and additional rotted plywood that needed to be replaced and clearly documented the issue with photos. They completed the additional repairs at a reasonable cost.Overall, my roof turned out amazing, and I’m very happy with the service provided by Golden Shield Roofing. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We had our new roof and chimney replaced by Golden Shield after a tree hit our house, and Matt and his team did an outstanding job. From day one, they were organized, efficient, and worked quickly without sacrificing quality. The entire process was smooth and professional.We did make a mistake and used our chimney before it had fully cured because we were not aware we needed to wait, and it happened to be during some of the coldest days we’ve had in years. Golden Shield came back promptly, fixed the chimney, and clearly explained how long we needed to wait before using it. That level of professionalism and customer care really meant a lot to us.They were excellent to work with, and I highly recommend this small business to anyone needing roofing or chimney work.

They were on time, they did a fantastic job, and im very happy with it! The inspector with the town was also very impressed with the work and all the photos they took to document everything. Connor, Matt and Franklin the superintendent were all great!
