We come to Sharkey all the way from Silver Spring, and we had a great experience! The staff was wonderful and very patient with my screaming 3-year-old. 😄 The kids had a great time, and we definitely plan to come back.A few things could be improved: I would recommend making sure the equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition, as some of it feels a little outdated. When we arrived, there was also about a 40-minute delay because they had taken in some additional clients, but the staff was very nice and did their best to resolve the situation.Overall, it’s a great place for kids with reasonable prices. We’ll definitely be back!

It's difficult to find a place for a kids haircut to begin with, let alone a place that's good. Thankfully Sharkey's is both. The space is inviting and fun for kids, and I like that they don't push extras for purchase on the parents. My son is terrified of haircuts, but he was so excited to pick a truck to sit in, watch his favorite show on the TV, and pick a balloon at the end. We'll be coming back again!

This place is awesome! Malek cut my 4 and 8 year old girls hair and they both turned out beautifully. She puts so much care in what she does. Karen also cut my 9 year old son's hair and she did a wonderful job as well 10/10 recommend this place. The ENTIRE staff is wonderful!

Great haircut place for kids, we've been using Malek for a while now and she's always done an excellent job.Their app makes it easy to male appointments and they have movies for the younger kids or xboxes for the older kids to play.

My son always cries during haircuts. This was our first experience here, and although he cried, it was much less than usual. They were incredibly patient and even offered different options to help him feel more comfortable. I truly appreciated the respect, kindness, and patience they showed my son. I highly recommend this place. 100% recommended!

Malek was GREAT with my daughters. Loved how she made them feel so comfortable from the second they walked in the door. The hair and nails are perfect, and she was able to listen to my daughter when she was describing the hairstyle she wanted. We will definitely be coming back!
