Amazing gym with a great team! The programs are very well structured, challenging but balanced, and you can really see the progress over time. The coaches are supportive, knowledgeable, and create a great atmosphere for everyone. I learned a lot in few months which i didnt learn in years time.Highly recommend!

I used to feel really intimidated by strength training in a traditional gym environment, so finding Habitat Gym has been a game changer.The coaches are incredibly supportive while still pushing you to challenge yourself, and the quality of coaching is excellent - they genuinely care about your progress and help you see real results.The gym is always super clean, well equipped and never crowded, and the encouraging atmosphere makes it easy to stay consistent and keep showing up.Such a great place to train - highly recommend!

I love training at Habitat Gym in Prestons. Jeannie and Ben have created such an incredible space — the vibes are immaculate and although I’ve always hated working out, it’s honestly something I look forward to every week now.Also love all the trainers, they are the most supportive bunch even though I complain constantly.Habitat makes it so much easier to stay consistent and I’m so glad I joined ☺️
