By the next morning, they had already called to confirm everything and got me right in.From drop-off to completion, my vehicle was fully tinted in less than 2 hours. The quality of work was absolutely flawless — my Palisade looked incredible, and they returned it spotless and immaculate.The customer service, communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly top tier from start to finish. I had gotten a new car in September 2025 and after having tints on my old car, I knew I needed to get them done on this one too. The last time I had gotten tints done, there was only one option available and I had come from a state where there was no regulation on the tint. When I was recommended to Black Optix Tint, I worked with the technician, Charles, who helped me pick the perfect darkness for my car. He explained the advantages of applying a weather strip and was overall super helpful through the process. I absolutely love the tint on my car, no bubbles, no lifting, and the perfect amount of sun blockage. The price was extremely reasonable and they have a lifetime warranty. For any of your window tinting needs, you definitely need to check this place out!!
