Google has their hours posted but when you goto Spot Nutrition’s website they don’t have any hours posted and the phone number doesn’t match what Google has either. So I called both phone numbers just in case and NO answer and no voicemail ???Drove all the way from Land o lakes only to find out they were closed and it was just before 12 noon.I would not recommend The Spot Nutrition

The workers there are amazing, they both are so accommodating and did things that were way above my expectations and the food there is so immaculate I would recommend this place to anyone looking for high protein low calorie. Everytime I go there I have to get a protein shake and always try something new

Called to see if they do cappuccinos. They seemed competent enough from the 4.9 rating and photos. He said yes they do. I watched as it was made with instant coffee blended with water and milk with a handheld milk frother. It tasted fine, but the answer should have been "No, I don't know what a cappuccino is". Granted, he did attempt the espresso machine first, but it wasn't working. Possibly due to him filling it to the top with pre ground coffee without weighing, leveling or tamping.My wife ordered a cold brewed black coffee... She received two instant coffee pouches blended into ice water with the frother. That one did actually taste terrible. $9 later I can confirm this is not a coffee place.The gentleman was polite. But half way through us ordering he had to interrupt us to answer the phone. Unrelated, but it was at this point I notice his shirt reads, "ASSHOLES Live Forever". Then came back to us while the customer before us stared at his finished fruit bowl on the counter waiting to pay. The whole ordeal was a very strange mess of unorganized chaos. No explanation was given regarding the use of instant coffee pouches, or if splashing 1/3 of my instant coffee on the counter was a signature frothing technique of this establishment. We were told they were limited after a very busy week... But I called ahead of time, and a black coffee should be the easiest order to fulfill.These two instant coffees took 12 minutes with one person ahead of us in line. Then as I went to pay, he flips the screen around so I can choose how much to tip. It was in Spanish, which would have been fine, had Duolingo prepared me for how to say "I can't read this, how do I select no tip?"Thisiswhyimakecoffeeathome/10Also, false advertising as adding some protein to sugary foods does not a healthy food make. I had planned to order something but I don't eat dessert for breakfast.

This place looks nice inside, the workers are very nice! I waited about 20mins for açaí bowl! Which came in the biggest tall cup vs a bowl with the smallest spoon so it was hard to cause I couldn’t scoop it with the spoon due to it being in a tall cupThe açaí was like eating soup didn’t taste good at allAlso got a water gusher drink that taste terrible and pure sugar
