The roof was assessed and Troy discussed what he found, and a quote came promptly, clearly outlining the details, no hidden costs, and very reasonably priced. Great communication all the way. They handled everything smoothly and completed the job efficiently and within the agreed time frame, by a cohesive hard working little team that were professional, friendly and respectful. Troy Faith and the team you are all so professional, friendly and easy to work with. Falcon Roofing Replaced our old concrete tile roof with a new colour steel roof, making what I thought would have been a difficult job, a great experience with no stress for us. Troy is outstanding, a good listener, easy to communicate with and explained the process and his recommendations on sight for the quote. We received the quote in a very short time after the onsite visit from Troy. Emails and questions from us about the quote were replied back to us promptly each time. This made us decide we would confirm with Falcon Roofing. Troy and his team where so easy to work with, very friendly and always kept great communication. The roof replacement seemed to be done in no time and what an amazing result. Our house looks modern and well maintained again. Troy and his teams attention to detail really shows in the end result.Troy also went the extra mile and worked with us arranging Scofold so I could paint the upper story at the same time the roof was being replaced, he even arranged a bulder to repair and replace the soffits, and arranged for the spouting to be replaced.Thank you so much Troy, Faith and the team from Falcon Roofing I would recommend you to anyone
