I then told her two years ago before I started to run I broke my big toe on that left leg. She figured it out. I had favored that foot as the bone healed. My leg became accustomed to this and it took on that favoring as a normal stance, walk and running stride. Through several sessions of direct message therapy I learned to run correctly.
