I was lucky that I happened to be close to this service shop when my car got the scary engine temperature sensor light, they truly saved my car from a big disaster! I can't thank Noah enough for taking care of my coolant and thermostat problem immediately so that I could drive home safely, and he charged me quite reasonably too. Lily at the front desk was also super helpful, looking up nearby rental car service when I mentioned the possibility of needing one while waiting for the problem to be diagnosed. I wish that I live closer to them so I could just come here for all my car repairs, I will tell all of my friends in the area about them!

I have a 2010 BMW X5 with a new check engine light. I brought it there because of the great reviews and warm and trusting front desk manager that answered my call. Her name is Lilly. She was outstanding! They did a diagnostic and the news wasn't good so they decided not to charge me. I haven't decided about the repair of my car but I felt I was well taken care of from the initial engagement to the diagnostic. No pressure just up front honest communication. They lived up to their high marks. Thank you!
