I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.I brought my BMW in for a coolant expansion tank repair. Before this repair, my AC was working normally. Immediately after I picked up the car, I noticed a hissing sound when the AC was running. Shortly after that, the AC became weak and eventually stopped cooling.I went back to the shop, but they were not able to properly diagnose the AC issue. I then had to take the car elsewhere. Another shop found a leaking AC hose/line located in the same general area where the coolant tank work had been performed.I ended up spending approximately $1,900 between diagnosis, refrigerant testing/recharge, and replacing the damaged AC hose. I even kept the removed hose.I communicated with Noah about the issue and provided information about what happened. After some back and forth, he told me that their repair did not cause the AC problem. After that, he stopped responding to me.I understand that problems can happen during repairs. What matters is how a business handles them afterward. In this case, the timing was extremely concerning to me because the AC worked before the coolant tank repair and the problem started immediately afterward.Based on my experience, I was left with a significant additional repair bill and very little confidence in how the situation was handled. I would strongly recommend documenting the condition of your vehicle before leaving it here and carefully checking everything after the repair.
