We had an incredible experience with The Scarborough House from start to finish. From the very beginning, their team was extremely responsive, attentive, and always made sure we felt taken care of. Meika, in particular, made us feel so welcomed every time we visited. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine care meant so much to us throughout the entire process.They graciously opened their doors to us not only for our wedding day, but also for our rehearsal and even our engagement session, which made the space feel even more special and personal to us. Every visit felt intentional, supportive, and stress-free.On the day of our wedding, Josh made sure everything was flowing smoothly, which allowed us to fully relax and be present in the moment. We stayed here in our RV as part of the Harvest Hosts program. It was a very nice spot to camp for the night. The hostess was exceptionally nice and very helpful. We hooked up to their 50 amp service on the side of their barn.The grounds are very pretty and peaceful. They have several buildings onsite that appear to be guest houses along with the 200 year old main house, a pool, fire pit, a pretty area for wedding ceremonies and a big area, under cover, for a reception or party. It must be a wonderful place to host a wedding 😊

It was everything we could have hoped for — timeless, elegant, and full of Southern charm.We booked the weekend package, which was wonderful for our out-of-town guests and family. The house comfortably accommodated 14 guests across seven spacious bedrooms, giving everyone a cozy, relaxing place to stay and spend time together.The owners, Meika and Josh, went above and beyond for us — truly some of the most genuine and helpful people you could ever meet. They helped us set up before the wedding, guided us through everything we needed to do, and even helped pack up the morning after. Their hospitality made the entire weekend so easy and enjoyable.Even though it rained on our wedding day, it felt magical — just a light sprinkle during the ceremony, which somehow made everything feel even more romantic. The grounds offered countless beautiful spots for photos, and the farmhouse itself made for the perfect backdrop.We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place or kinder people to share such an important day with. The Scarborough House is an absolute dream for any couple looking for a charming, welcoming, and unforgettable wedding venue.

Where do I began? The place is beautiful, quiet, and serene. The host goes above and beyond to accommodate guests. This would be the perfect place for a destination or local wedding and reception.
