I’ve moved from interstate, and I was originally nervous about joining something when I didn’t know anyone, but people very quickly included me and made me feel a part of something. I could not have found a better gym! The coaches are so personal and welcoming and work so hard for us to have the best experience every time we walk through the doors. Little touches like having a photo of everyone on the ipad for checking people in so all the coaches can recognise our faces and names, goes a long way in making everyone feel part of the F45 fam! The workouts are so well structured and the coaches are there to motivate and perfect us! The members are also really welcoming and a great bunch. I also love the range in times of classes too - finally found something that suits my higgledy-piggledy schedule. Joining F45 Cockburn has reignited by fitness journey and the vibe keeps me turning up. Out of lots of gyms I have been to over the years I can confidently say this is the best; Its a special place to come to train.

It’s a very welcoming and positive environment. The coaches are amazing and super encouraging, they always push me to do my best and to my limits which is awesome. I never feel judged here as everyone is so nice and are truly just there to help you become the best version of yourself. I could not recommend it enough! F45 Cockburn is the place to go!

I would like to share my experience at F45 Cockburn, where I have had a truly wonderful time. The entire team at F45 Cockburn is incredibly friendly and kind. I am particularly impressed with the trainers, as they go above and beyond to ensure that each exercise is explained perfectly. Moreover, they readily provide alternative ways to perform exercises, which has been incredibly helpful for me. Whenever I make a mistake or perform an exercise incorrectly, the trainers are always right there by my side, patiently explaining the correct form and technique. I genuinely love going to F45 Cockburn and can't recommend it enough.
