They got me an appointment on short notice, the staff was very nice, and my entire appointment was quick. My past podiatrist said the only option was to remove the entire nail a second time and try again. Dr. Esa only removed the part of the nail that was causing issues and did it much less painfully. Dr. Esa was very kind and patient when my son who is only 2 came in with his first ingrown toenail, I've had a few removed when I was a child so I remember the process and I was already worried for my son finding a new doctor because he's so little still. He walked me through the options we had to remove it, and wanted to make sure my son felt the least amount of pain possible. He even helped me distract him with a sucker haha. These doctors are amazing! My father has diabetes, because of that he gets ulcers on his legs. Recently he had one on his foot and it was getting worse every day. We saw his usual foot and leg doctors and two separate hospitals. Nothing they did helped. This went on for almost 6 months. Finally we were referred here and within the first week we began to see change. Not only was the wound looking better but the pain he was feeling had almost completely stopped. We are so extremely grateful! Not only did they help my father but everyone is extremely friendly, always smiling. I was in need of a Podiatrist near me asap. I searched the net to and found, Dr Zef Markaj, I initially hung up because I was put on hold for a few minutes. Young lady called me back and asked did someone from this number just call this office. I said yes, asked do they take walk-ins, I asked if the Dr would be able to see me, she said yes. She took my name and so forth, we went from there. I made it to the office within 20 min of that call. The ladies at the front desk were very courteous and polite. The wait was not long at all. X-rays of my feet were done. I saw Dr. Zef came in few minutes later. He was very polite and concerned with why I came in. I had an ingrown toenail that was very bothersome. Let me start with saying I called this office in severe pain early this morning for a same day appointment, and to my surprise they got me in immediately. The staff was nice, professional, and competent performing the proper x-rays I needed to get a proper diagnosis. Dr. Zef was prompt, knowledgeable, and full of life. He gave me a shot to immediately ease the pain in my foot, and provide a great amount of relief. In addition, prescribed the right foot brace to help with my road to healing.
