Taylor was extremely helpful and made the process of renting the trailer very easy every Step of the process from booking ,pick up to drop off. The Trailer was very nice and had everything I needed to load a non running vehicle with ease. The trailer was very well maintained and towed extremely well. The trailer was in perfect shape tiedowns and ratchet straps were included, which was incredibly helpful. Customer service was outstanding and very responsive.
