We had an unexpected need for a trailer at 6pm on Saturday night. Not only was the phone actually answered, but he went out of his way to accommodate meeting us at the time we needed on a SUNDAY no less. While discussing our needs, he made sure to explain everything to me. He also ensured that everything that would be needed to properly secure the load was there, in full working order. He took the time to ensure that we knew how to properly hook everything up safely. They are extremely reasonably priced (i quite honestly was pleasantly surprised, especially since we were basically last minute). Then when we ran into a dilemma returning, he went out of his way to accommodate our needs. I will definitely be using Taylor's Trailers in the future, and highly recommend to anyone who needs this service. The full process was very seamless and efficiently done. Less
