Throughout our home buying process, Travis was outstanding. He was extremely responsive to texts and calls at any time of the day or into the evening. He was always on time to every showing and meeting. When his babysitter canceled on him last minutes, he even brought his kids to a showing so we could get in to see a home that we were very interested in. Going through houses, we had open and informative discussions about what we saw. My husband and I went through the first time homebuyers process in 2021 and were very lucky to be introduced to Travis! Buying a home can be intimidating and nerve wracking but Travis made this process painless! Communication was prompt and we were never left with any unknowns. We had some very bad experiences in the past, to the point where we were ready to try and make real estate transactions without any help. We met Travis while we were looking at a house without a realtor and he was the showing agent for the sellers. We were so impressed by his professionalism, punctuality, and work ethic that we decided to contract his services. Needless to say, he has restored our faith in the humanity and helpfulness of Real Estate Agents. He is straightforward and knowledgeable about his craft, and overall a man of integrity. Being that the housing market can be a cutthroat business (especially post-covid) he made sure that we did not go above what we were comfortable even if that meant he was not going to make the sale. Anyone could have made the deal and walked away with the commission, but not Travis. He cared more about us as clients than anything. We had no idea that his wife at the time was pregnant with his first child, nor that she was due a week or two before our closing date because he was so professional and never let personal things get in the way of our home sale (even thought it would have been 100 percent acceptable - your first child is a huge deal!). He took the negotiations head on and kept us informed every step of the way. With the connections he has in the industry, his personality as a human, and overall skill and acumen within the industry he made this a 10/10 experience for us and I would HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone that was in the market.

When I first met Travis Hoida to sell my mother’s house, little did I know he would be guiding me through one of the most frustrating times of my life. We invited Travis over to the house and asked for advice on what we had to do to get the house ready to sell. Travis was very professional and friendly from the get-go. He gave us suggestions and told us if we needed help removing furniture, doing the final cleaning, etc. he had contacts who could do that for us. When we had the house ready to sell, Travis came over and discussed strategy for asking price and promptly listed the property. We had at least 20 showings scheduled almost immediately. We had 3 offers on the first day. Everything was going as planned until the neighbor presented an encroachment issue on the property line. Travis was calm and positive and did some research for us. As it turned out, the issues raised by the neighbor were incorrect and we were able to move forward. Throughout the process, Travis never gave up on us and remained positive. He was an excellent communicator and consistently kept us informed of what was going on and responded to our calls and texts quickly. He always had a suggestion on a path to follow and was very proactive with subsequent offers. I always felt like he “had our backs.” We live out of state and Travis explained we could do the closing remotely. We were leaving on vacation outside of the country before the closing date and Travis pointed out that I could do my part of the paper work before I left. In the end, he arranged for the closing to be moved up so it could be completed before we left. I would highly recommend Travis to friends and relatives selling property. He did an outstanding job for us. Like my husband said, “He was beyond good.”
