Disappointing Experience – Poor Installation & Zero Accountability. I regret ever hiring this AC company. What started as a referral from a trusted family friend ended in a series of costly mistakes and complete lack of accountability—even with the owner personally supervising the job. After having both the indoor and outdoor units replaced along with new lines, the owner gave me the wrong filter size. I unknowingly ran the system for a full year with the incorrect filter, which ultimately led to the coils needing to be cut out and cleaned due to airflow issues. An expensive and completely avoidable repair. It doesn’t end there. Years later, I discovered that the AC line in the attic was never insulated—a clear basic requirement for any professional HVAC installation. This oversight caused condensation issues and forced me to remove and replace a section of ceiling drywall just to fix their negligence. About 5 feet of line was completely left bare.To make matters worse, I later found out that the unit was never registered, which potentially cost me in warranty savings on the problems I’ve had.I called the company multiple times, left voicemails (February 2024) as instructed, and never received a single callback. No apology, no resolution, no follow-through.Extremely disappointed. For a company supposedly run under the owner’s supervision, I expected better. I absolutely would not recommend them to anyone. Paid cash 5,500. Price was right at the time. Now I wish I went with the other company that quoted 6,900.
