​Matt is a true professional! I called him after a highly frustrating experience at another PDR shop in Madison. The Madison shop originally quoted me $150, but then claimed they couldn't fix the dent unless they completely took my door off—and wanted to jack the price up by an extra $300.​Not only did Matt fit me in without an appointment, but he kept my door fully intact and honored my original quote. He even went a step further and gave me a generous discount because of the runaround I experienced at the other shop.​As for his skill? Matt is a magician. I literally cannot tell where the door ding was anymore—it looks completely restored to factory new. The picture speaks for itself. Super quick response, great customer service, and amazing results. I was able to share photos and got an assessment, quote, and scheduled my car for the first appointment (2 week wait time). Had a golf ball sized dent on my passenger door, I dropped off my car and picked it up 4 hours later. The results were great and well worth the reasonable pricing and quick turn around. While picking up I asked about a small dent on my other car and he knocked it out right then and there within 10 minutes. I highly recommend for great results

I needed a dent removed from the side of my truck, and ran across TVDR on Google and saw the great reviews. I bought a used car a few weeks ago that had two door dings and brought it here to get them fixed. I was in and out in an hour, even after Matt noticed a third dent under the window that I had missed, which he did not charge extra for. The door looks brand new, you can’t tell that there were ever any dents in it to begin with. Great service and extremely friendly.

Just had a dent repaired by Tennessee Valley Dent Repair and had a great experience. Matt was super easy to talk to and very upfront about the repair. He explained that because the dent was on a bent body line it probably wouldn’t come out perfect, which I appreciated because he set realistic expectations.When I picked the car up though, it honestly looked way better than I expected. I don’t think the average person would even notice there was ever a dent there. Matt was very nice and very easy going to work with. He quoted me a price on the phone by the photos I sent. I had a dent in the front passenger fender of my Camry, where someone had opened their door onto my fender in a parking lot. Needless to say, I don't think I missed a single 4 lettered word after I saw the damage.I took my car to Tennessee Valley Dent Repair to let Matt fix the problem. He definitely knows his stuff and he is very meticulous with his work. I dropped off my car that morning, and it was ready that afternoon. I only found TVDR due to it being close to where I work. And I'm glad I did! I submitted the request for a quote but ended up taking it by for Matt to see. The picture I took, didn't show the extent of the dent in my Maverick. It was about 3 inches wide and around 6 inches long. Matt worked on it before the holiday and got it about 90% better. He told me to bring it back after the holiday, so he could complete it. He mentioned the glue inside between the door brace and the door panel, was impeding the repair. At the time, he didn't have the glue at his shop. He told me he would have to cut the bond and re-glue it. When he released it, the dent disappeared. He wasn't lying about wanting me to be 100% happy with it. This guy is legit!

I called Tennessee Valley Dent removal. I spoke to the owner and operator, Matt. I took a picture and sent it to him. He gave me an estimate over the phone. I thought it was pretty reasonable and so I took it to him the same day. When He saw the dent he started right away, removing it. When he was almost finished, he said that he was not going to charge me near the price he quoted over the phone. Matt is a very nice young man very professional and knows exactly what he’s doing.
