Often, one finds oneself frustrated when plans change or when there are surprises along the way. In our selling and buying process, Jessica and her team always let us know what to expect, what could or could not happen, and where potential pitfalls or difficulties could arise. Jessica’s communication and knowledge kept us from getting frustrated or worried whenever we had a chance to fret. Her expertise kept us encouraged and excited about the whole process. One title company worker referred to Jessica as “just too much sunshine.” I wouldn’t misinterpret what was said as if Jessica is some bubbly valley girl. No. What was meant is that Jessica is always positive. Her proficiency helps her clients remain positive throughout what can be an incredibly stressful time (buying and selling homes).
