Today Dominic came to my house to service the AC Pro HVAC unit installed by the Botello Boys back in 2022. The unit wasn't blowing cold air so Dominic quickly evaluated it and got it up and running quickly. It was covered by their 5 year installation warranty. I've done a lot of business with Botello Boys who assisted us on our roofing project in 2025 where the revised LA County building code required a thicker layer of insulation and roofing materials which affected the height of the return ducts. Botello Boys replaced the ducts for 35 homes and they did a professional job at an excellent price. When it comes to fair and honest tradesmen who are experts in their field, the Botello Boys, Robert, Dominic, and Manuel, set the bar at the highest level. I will always recommend them for HVAC services in Southern California.

The Botello Boys responded and came out to my house the same day. I have a family member who just had surgery and was very uncomfortable when our air went out yesterday. They were very accommodating and professional. I will be joining their maintenance care program based off my experience today. Technicians arrived at the appointed time. HVAC maintenance completed quickly with live video samples of potential issues shown to me. Only small issue was that the technician who entered the house to test the thermostat did not have the shoe booties to cover his shoes. Overall, great price and service!

Excellent service! My ac had died on me and with this cali heat, I had to get it repaired fast! Heard about Botello’s boys from a friend from work so I gave them a call. They were able to see me the next day and diagnose the problem. We set up the repair for the next day and my house has been as cool as it has ever been! Robert and Dominique were very nice and clear with what services were needed. Botello’s boys will be my go to guys from now on!
