Greg was very nice, friendly, informative, and energetic. He explained where he was going to start and where he would finish. He asked me what my priorities were and I told him they were the floors, the bathrooms, and the oven.Greg showed me the oven and I saw it from across the counter, but sznot close up until he was gone. I noticed that he didn't clean the racks, which are considered part of the oven, or the sides of the oven.I found a fingernail clipping behind the bathroom door, the rug under my barstools hadn't been vacuumed, the bottoms of my barstools hadn't been wiped down, etc.Suffice it to say, that I will not be hiring PNW Maid Match/PNW Cleaning Company ever again. Please don't contact us either.
