I heard great things about Patty from a friend at my Pilates studio, and since my physical therapist suggested it, I thought I’d give it a shot. I’m recovering from a broken ankle and trying to manage swelling, so I was open to anything that might help. Booking was a breeze, and I got an appointment for the next day. Patty was wonderful—so warm, friendly, and explained everything clearly. She also gave me lots of tips on other ways to help with the swelling and aftercare to make the lymphatic massage work best. By Monday, the swelling was much less than it had been since before the accident. Seeing those results, I booked another appointment two weeks later. I’ve already recommended her to two more friends!

I started working with Patty about a month before my abdominal lipo surgery, and I am SO glad I did. I wanted to prepare my body and support my overall health beforehand, and Patty guided me every step of the way. The doctor told me there might be some liquid afterward, which is normal, but to my surprise I had zero leakage. I truly believe it was because of the lymphatic massages I received from Patty.Her guidance didn’t stop there. She recommended I start taking Arnica two weeks before surgery, and because of that, my bruising was minimal—honestly shocking considering the procedure I had done.Now that I'm in my post-op phase, I was nervous the massages would be painful. Again, Patty proved me wrong. They’ve been gentle, effective, and only mildly uncomfortable in a few spots—but never painful or intolerable. Her hands are truly gifted.I’ve had many lymphatic massages before, but Patty is by far the best. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, caring, and skilled, Patty is your girl.Just make sure you start before surgery—I did a package of 3 pre-op and now I’m on a package of 6 post-op, and the benefits have been incredible.Patty is absolutely amazing, and I couldn’t recommend her more!
