Alder and Ivory are amazing. They are so warm and welcoming. Their center has such a calming energy. The journaling circle was an incredible experience. I am usually not good with journaling but their process put me in a great place and the words just flowed. I felt so energized and positive and that continued long after I left the center. It changed me in such a powerful way.

Very soothing and kind environment! I had been in pretty bad pain for many years and it was starting to get worse. I was invited for a session and chose energy healing Reiki with Chakra balancing and wow did it help me! I felt so much better and could actually breath again! The music Ivory chose was perfect to help relax me as well! I highly recommend! I look forward to trying their meditation sessions as well!
