They hire the cheap contractors to do home repairs who skip little details (not peeling off masking tape, not removing plastics to get full paint coverage, etc). They do repair their mistakes after I told them, so they do make right with their clients. They also painted the whole interior ceilings of my home black when I never asked for that, to which they had to re-do to a gray. When they did this, they didn't even remove the hardware (dome lights, door hardware, etc) to get the black paint underneath. I've asked them to fix them, but that doesn't cover every trim I forgot to mention. Lazy contractors. Overall, they try to make it right by fixing their mistakes. But I definitely don't like all the rework. Less

We had a house fire on 7/13/24. While our house was on fire there were many people who showed up trying to do the board up and some were pretty pushy. There was someone there who was not approaching us, but she was speaking to the fire department and then came to offer me masks, bags, headlamps and booties for walking through our house to grab the limited belongings we could take with us. Come to find out it was Jesse with Premier. She offered to help us find a hotel for the night, call a person to help round up animals and anything else we needed to get us through the evening. Our family thought she was with the fire department because she was not pushing us to let them board up our home. She was showing compassion and offering to help in any way she could. Once we realized she was with Premier, we asked her to help with all of that evenings events. Once we were able to walk through the home, she and Annabelle (project manager) took photos for us, made sure we all had a safe place to go, and helped us round up some clothes. The same day, Jesse came to meet us and brought our family lunch. Premier got the business from us because they were helpful in a time of need without pushing their way towards boarding up our home just to get a job. They are still helping us. Annabelle is an amazing project manager and we could not have felt more blessed to have met their whole team but especially Jesse and Annabelle! Jesse saw to it personally and assisted me at gaining temporary access to my unit so I could retrieve some cloths , my medications and food for my service dog . Jesse also made sure The Red Cross interviewed me and set me up with temporary assistance . Jesse also cleared some red tape for me with a motel chain and helped set me up with a room for a couple of days where I could stay with my service dog . I highly recommend Premier Restoration. I have (unfortunately) had two flood events and they were stellar each time. I feel confident knowing that I have experts that I can trust and rely on should the same bad luck strike again. The first event was a major flood, we awoke in the middle of the night to a burst input valve on our sink which flooded our kitchen and was raining down on our basement. They awoke in the middle of the night to take my call and were here first thing in the morning. Their quick work saved our kitchen's cabinets and wood floors.They did a superb job mitigating the basement immediately to prevent mold or further damage and they worked directly with my insurance company so I never had to worry about anything on the front end of my claim for mitigation. [They did not offer full restoration services at that time; they do now and I would trust them with it given my experience.] The second event was a frozen pipe that I caught immediately. I spoke with Andrew multiple times through the weekend as I did mitigation steps myself since they were unable to safely reach me due to the icy conditions across the city. His expertise and my having already worked through one flood meant that I was able to dry my ceiling by myself. Art, who worked on my first flood, came out as soon as it was safe to drive and assessed the situation and counseled me to keep drying it myself and gave me additional tips to get it done right. There was no charge for this second trip. THAT is someone you can trust, someone who won't needlessly work on your home for the sake of starting an insurance claim. Bravo, Andrew and Art. I hope to never need to call you again but I feel like a more secure homeowner knowing who I trust if I need help with emergency mitigation and restoration. Less
