Chinyere will make you hurt for one hour (but the music helps you forget it). Then the rest of the day goes much better. My right side injuries hurt for 7 months even with 7 sessions of PT. No change. Then I started Dance Hall Fit & Stretch and started to see big improvement in 2 sessions. A month later, can run up stairs with no pain. Forget PT, or surgery or hip replacement. See Chinyere instead.
