Cody and his team of one did my concrete driveway and head wall last year. It now has cracks all over it. The finish on the concrete looks like a fifth grader did the work! My wife and I have reached out to him on several occasions and we have not received any reply We are very dissatisfied with the workmanship and the return response. They are very Unprofessional and. I would never recommend complete image Concrete to anyone!….. in reply to your response on my horrible Concrete job that was done at my house, I would like to Retort And clear the air for any future customers who would Be thinking about using your company. Yes, we did use you to pour a head wall on the right side of our driveway, And then a couple of years later, you poured two 3 foot extensions on either side of our driveway to make it wider. I had asked you like anybody else would if you could do better on your price, and you came down a little bit. I definitely would not say I beat you up on your price! As far as not warranty or guarantee on the cement, that is understandable. I have been in construction all my life, and retired down here after 25 years of a successful business in New York. I know a lot about Concrete, and the concrete that was poured was way too dry!! If you look back at your text message from last year, four days after you poured the concrete when it started to dry I texted you that the finish was unacceptable. And one year later, I have cracks up and down the whole thing! The new head wall that you poured is 4 feet away from the driveway so do not try to say that it was because the ground was wet. The driveway was poured on Virgin ground! The pipe that was installed was 6 feet long not 10 like you stated. If you remembered you took the 4 foot piece away with you. And as far as my 40 foot yacht goes, LOL!!, It is a 27 foot boat that weighs under 7000 pounds and is parked on the opposite side of the driveway from where you poured the new one. If you were any type of reputablebusinessman you would. Standby. Your work instead of going on a rant trying to blame the homeowner.!!! Again, we are very disappointed and dissatisfied with the response,Quality and workmanship of the job after one year! As I stated before, we would never recommend complete image landscape to anyone!!!

I have worked with cody for 10 years now. He is always reliable, easy to work with and fair. He has done many different jobs for me and they have always came out impecable. He is always finding ways to help people from yards, to pools, to concrete. You name it, he can help you. It doesnt get better than complete image!!

Complete Image was great. We’re very happy with the patio extension he and his team put in. He even came out and fixed a couple cracks that formed before relief joints could be cut. Can’t recommend Cody enough.
