We were happy with the communication prior to the work, and we were initially happy with the work that was done October 2023. The owner said they would repair any issues that we had within the first year. We contacted them March 2024 (5 months later) about a break in the concrete and were told it would be fixed in April. We continued to initiate contact because they would never initiate communication with us and each time, we kept getting “reasons” why they were unable to fix it. We are now entering August 2024 with no resolution. I am extremely unhappy with the communication and overall customer service. I am currently looking at other companies to repair THEIR mistake.

Great work, but was left having to get my driveway power washed from the mess and re-do my side lawn after the large amount of concrete they spilled along with using my garden pavers to roll their equipment easier…
