After many years of phlebotomists exploding my veins every time they draw blood (consistent blood donor), I developed a huge fear of anything needles. UNTIL LEESA AND HER TEAM!!! These girls are the most tremendous bunch of individuals. They go way above and beyond patient care and knowledge! They are filled with compassion, grace and understanding. I was reassured, no matter how many neurotic questions I asked, which is a HUGE task in itself. Leesa even offered her services to me after hours so that I could rest knowing she had my hand every step of the way. They make you feel like you are their only client from start to finish. I had an amazing experience at Prime IV yesterday. Chrissy was fantastic—she’s such a sweet and gentle lady who made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I got the immunity IV and a vitamin D shot, and I’m already feeling great afterward. Chrissy was really attentive and made sure I wasn’t in any pain, which I really appreciated.
