I had a great experience. Everyone was so kind. Im healing well with minimal pain. The doctor was very gentle and very nice. Explained the procedure in terms that I could understand and spoke gently throughout the process. The nurses show compassion and went above and beyond to put me at ease.

My experience at Western PA OMS was definitely exceptional. I never imagined that at age 65 getting 2 wisdom teeth removed would be so easy. My bottom ones came in at age 20 and were impacted. Insurance would only cover Novocain and I had a horrible experience having them removed. I was told years ago to get them out but put it off, but now, having some decay, they had to go. Dr Krakora and his staff are some of the most professional and personable people I’ve ever met and made this a smooth and actually pleasant experience. I was in the chair with the IV started and was chatting with the Dr. and staff. I noticed the meds were kicking in. Continued chatting and then realized I had gauze in my mouth. It was over, like one second I had my teeth, and then the next second I didn’t. NO PAIN!! I was alert and could have walked out if allowed. I came home, took Tylenol and ibuprofen and immediately ate. It’s been 8 hrs and still no pain. Even my jaws are not sore. Unbelievable!! This group is very caring and responsive, answering a couple of question calls I made once I got home, and checking in later to see how I was feeling. I would definitely go back and I definitely recommend! Don’t let any dental anxiety keep you from getting things done. These people know what they’re doing and will make it the best experience possible!

What a wonderful experience. The staff were excellent and Doctor K was amazing. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank God for such dedicated people.
