Destiny provided excellent care for a 1 of our Total Care patients during the overnight (NOC) shifts. Thanks to Destiny, she enabled me to focus on other high-need patients, with confidence that her assigned patient was being well taken care of —- even at 3:00am. La'Tosha and the Synergy caregivers made a very difficult situation for me much easier. I have a dear friend in Santa Monica who needed a lot of help, and I was trying to manage it ftom the East Coast. La'Tosha was extremely professional and maintained ongoing communications with me. Thank you Synergy for all your help, care, consideration for my friend with Alzheimers. Kimberly was amazing in how much she was able to accomplish with my friend in terms of getting her house and life in order to take away so much of the anxiety my friend was feeling. I have been using Synergy HomeCare for almost a month and am very happy with their support and their caregivers. The owner Joseph is by far one of the most knowledgeable in the business and his director La'Tosha is a kind, compassionate and supportive soul who truly wants to help and is professional and accommodating beyond anyone I've ever experienced. I have been with 3 other caregiving services in the last 3 and a half years and have had at least 80 different caregivers and I finally feel that I have the support I need.
