Reed is awesome and reasonable and very knowledgeable. He quickly solved all my issues with a Hunter system that involved solenoid malfunction, pressure issues, and of course some head replacements and adjustments. Highly recommend. Outback Irrigation showed up as scheduled. They performed the requested work and was friendly. After the work was completed, which included installing a entire new line with four heads. They left the ground so clean and neat that only way you knew they were there was the new heads poking up. I want to emphasize that they showed up as scheduled. Prior to me finding Outback Irrigation, I was ghosted by two other companies.

I purchased a home and was told the irrigation system never worked correctly. I called Outback Irrigation and they had the system debugged and repaired in short order. Fast forward a few months and a contractor damaged the sprinkler system and I realized I needed a new zone added on the other side of the driveway. Reid & company repaired the system and installed the new zone without trenching the driveway. I highly recommend this company.

Reid and Evan did a great job repairing a leak in our sprinkler system which was caused by another company doing a poor job in the past. They arrived on time, worked quickly and addressed the problem with a long-term solution. They even fixed another system leak we discovered during the test of the first fix. The owner of the company came out to diagnose and repair an issue with the relief value on our sprinkler system. The issue was quickly identified and immediately corrected The entire process was seamless, professional, and economical thanks to the owner’s expertise. I had an electrical issue with my 10-year-old sprinkler system. After 2 or 3 other people took a look, I was referred to Outback irrigation. Everything about this company is professional. From calling 811 to make sure no cables were cut, to explaining every step of what he was doing along the way, my experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend them. The Team at Outback Irrigation really did fantastic work repairing my sprinkler and even went so far as to install new boxes and wiring to bring my existing setup up to standard. There is nobody I’d trust more than Reed and Outback Irrigation with my sprinkler system.
