Marco and his crew did a phenomenal job framing out a second story storage area for my shop. It was an unusual ask to have it 10ft tall, but there is no question about the stability and integrity of the build, it's solid and not going anywhere....ever! They were super quick getting the job done in just 1 day! Yes you heard that right! They not only cleaned up their mess but also my husband's Christmas gift box he left and everything was cleaner than when they came. Professional, lowest bid pricing, and quality craftsmanship. 10/10 we will be using them again when we start our home build and for any of our other needs.

Marco's crew was professional and polite. Despite some delays from Lowe's with material delivery, they worked through intense heat and monsoon rains to get our fence installed. We are very happy with the finished product and have asked Marco to quote some other renovation work we want to have done. Based on our experience I would say that you will get good results at a fair price from Marco. Otherwise, we wouldn't have asked him to quote other work for us.

We have been using Medina & Co for a couple of years. It started with a concrete wall that needed to be replaced and morphed into a lot of different projects, all requiring the skill and expertise that is really hard to find around here. From the very beginning Marco has been an excellent communicator, explaining the job nuances in great detail and quoting them with the same level of detail. He puts a lot of thought into design and execution, and follows-up quickly if there are any loose ends. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and hard working. He works with his crew to insure the work is done properly. Though I will say, his crew is so good, that they don’t need a lot of oversight! We have had Marco do concrete work, stucco work, carpentry to build me my dream garden storage “shed”. He built steps in my gardens for easier access, and has done fence work. If we ever need anything done Marco is absolutely our first call, and I have not ever had to make a second call. I highly recommend, and welcome anyone who wants to take a look at his work to come visit my property.

I wouldn’t use anyone else other than Medina & Co. I moved into a new place and needed shelving for my garage. He got it done in a weekend and didn’t break the bank. I used him again to install my privacy fence. I am thrilled at the work he done and how it turned out. Marco is very professional and reasonable. He’s there when he says he will be.
