Amazing gym with friendly staff and really good machines. Also new machines are always coming in the gym which is cool. Would recommend new people starting gym or have been going for years.

I had an incredible experience at Refined Performance. The equipment selection is unreal - Prime, Nautilus, Cybex, Atlantis, Olympus and more, with machines that hit muscles in ways I've never experienced before.Love the split upper and lower body sections, the vibes are always great, the staff and members are super friendly, and the posing room is a huge bonus. I’m convinced the staff of this gym travelled the world collecting the greatest gym machines ever created like they are Infinity Stones, What amazes me even more is that every time I use a machine, it’s actually ready to go. No hunting down plates, no cleaning up after someone else’s mess, and no weights left scattered everywhere.The staff are also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Absolute 10/10 experience every time.

Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create an incredible training environment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a premium gym in Sydney.
